Pros
- This is great place to work for recent grads - Get to learn a lot about the hearing aid industry - Occasionally get to work on cool and interesting projects, but wish there was more - Great place to learn if you're really immersed into Java World - Small organization which means no red tape
Cons
- Since it's a small company, and depending on your role and responsibilities, it can be overwhelming - Management is reactive rather than proactive but they eventually learn to listen and adapt due to customer demands; and that is the key part. - Many great ideas but slow to adopt sometimes
