      great training loved my team learned new computer skills

      wages need to be more competitive learning and development could use a refresh had to seek an outside role to sustain the growth I desired

      Catered lunches, insurance benefits, internet stipend

      Cons

      Not much room for internal growth, I feel as though it’ll take me years to grow. Stuck on night shift, didn’t get my preferred day shift.
