A Great Company - Senior Account Executive Blufish Design Employee Review

I was able to step into Blufish and establish some of my own processes and strategy. They trust their employees and support them in providing resources to succeed. In recent years, the agency has matured in a great way, and the culture around the small but mighty team is excellent, but also healthy. I feel supported when it comes to avoiding burnout. Management doesn't expect a toxic "always-on" mentality and understands the value of balance for their employees.

Serious cons have not revealed themselves. Issues are easily resolved and communication is clear, which prevents little things from being big issues.

Blufish is a a great company to build a foundation for your career. You learn both personally and professionally there. The Boss is great and strives to make Bufish a welcoming and enjoyable place to work. Benefits are killer comapred to most places. The company takes a trip to mexico twice a year for team building and lodging is FREE. Team building excercises, comapny lunches, and birthday celebrations are just a few of the companies character traits. For the most part the enviroment is postive with the younger crowd.

Sometimes, as a whole the company can lack communication between departments but, what company doesn't need some type of improvement in this area? Sometimes, not all - the company can take a negative attitude when stressed and micro-managing can occur. If you let this get to you, it has the ability to weigh you down. However, if you can maintain a can-do attitude and bring your postive flare to the environment, you can easily cheer your team up and be back to making your team successful.
