Pros

Flexible scheduling, engaged and receptive leadership, close teams

Cons

Smaller teams might be close, but it doesn’t feel like one team company wide, accountability within the go-to market teams seems lacking, traction and direction has struggled within the go to market team as well

Pros

Everyone is extremely friendly, helpful and available. Bluum really values education and community and backs that up with resources, time and PTO to pursue community involvement.

Cons

Benefits are good and culture is great, but strictly speaking $/hr is a little below market IMO.

Pros

They dont do that much of out of town jobs. If you are a lead, you can take the van home

Cons

Someone with less responsibilities than you can get paid better and they keep it a secret. Was working here for almost 8 years, this company dosent manage his money in a responsible way and when they are low on jobs, instead of keeping money to a side to use it for those tight moments, they fire the techs out of nowhere, every 1 or 2 years they'll do that, and is better to be in another solid and responsible company than this one. Also, the gossiping here is the #1 thing the love to do. You ask for feedback, trying to get better, but they prefer talking bad things about you on your back, they will do this with the whole office.
