Pros

Good commission & rewards IF exceed targets. Directors tend to agree towards customer-care focus. Colleagues are friendly.

Cons

Double standards from store managers. I left because I wasn’t happy with store managers lack of consistency. Some customers are horrible and you have to deal with it. Company encourages feedback culture but managers do not take any critical comments well. You may feel ignored. Lack of structure within organisation which means points down on communication & efficiency/promotions are given to individuals who show they’re able to take on further responsibilities & tasks but you must continue to reach sales targets on top of additional workload.

Many customers dont end up buying so you should be patient and consistent and do lots of follow ups
