Unclear job description, almost no training. The workload is excessive. There are no real benchmarks for how much can be done in 8 working hours, you get assigned work and that's it. As a result, overtime is highly encouraged, but of course not compensated. Therefore, the concept of work-life balance is non-existent. It is pointless to point out system problems that result in both customers and employees having a bad experience. Promotions are often not made on the basis of performance and talent, but on likeability or the ability to say "we are superheroes" with as much false enthusiasm as possible. This company has no interest in retaining talent, absolutely none, they overwork you and push you to leave or fire you. And last but not least, mobbing is not uncommon there.
