Pros
I have Produced 6-7 different shoots with Bobbie over the past year on an as-needed freelance basis. After nearly 20 years in this business, these are - hands down - my favorite to work on. The team is supportive and kind. Often in these fast paced, high stress, high stakes situations, people can be mean and belittling. There is none of that. One person is lovelier than the next, not to mention, I am always inspired by the ideas and creativity of the marketing department. They really care about what they do, and I love that they are always seeking to push boundaries. Their company values really align with my own, so being even a small part of the team has been very rewarding!
Cons
The only con, for me, is that they don't need an in-house producer. I would love to officially be part of the Bobbie staff if the opportunity ever presented itself, but for now, I'm very happy to have the freelance work :)
