Cons
This place will cut you, if you don’t sit on the phone and consistently make calls. I would make my sales goals and often exceed them. Yet, I have adhd n bipolar disorder and tend to have get up n move my legs once an hour. I could see in my managers eyes that she hated it. But I felt that I’m closing more appointments than those who don’t get up, so I should be fine. Nope I was very much wrong. They eventually fired me. Even when I explained in the very beginning that I’m a disabled veteran and suffer from certain mental issues, which could cause me to move around a bit more than the normal employee. They didn’t even care about my numbers and that I performed well in the job. My manager bottom line just gunned to get me out. Note: all these negative reviews are not from angry employees. They are highly truthful. The president is trying to cover it up with good reviews. If you notice all the positive reviews seem generic.
