      Casual, laid back, encouraging environment. Supportive management. Room to grow professionally. Rapid growth in the company has led to lot's of development opportunities and they love to hire from within. Good compensation. Caring CEO. This company is growing and in rapid expansion mode.

      Cons

      Rapid change. Because it's still a "start up" policies and products are changing all the time. Sometimes communication internally is not the best.
