Lots of variety in role. Can transfer easily to other departments. Patients are understanding.
Cons
People are sometimes promoted into roles too quickly. Senior leaders seem to want to do the right thing, caught in the corporate "can't-dos". Compensation is well adjusted when hired, current employees don't see much of a "merit" increase.
