Pros

The interview process will be great and they will probably roll out the red carpet for you. They will let you make up your title and agree to almost anything to get you in the door. Remember the old saying if it seems too good to be true it's too good to be true.

Cons

If you go to work for the "best" you will soon realize it is the worst decision you have ever made. They will paint a picture that is far from the truth during the courting process. The employees behave like robots and are scared to ever disagree with the owner. There will be lots of promises and they compensate well in order to get you in the door. Remember when you meet with people who work there they are not giving you their real feelings. They are just puppets and the strings are being pulled. The narcissism by the Owner/President would make even Ghandi uncomfortable. They are also known for hiring family so that they can control your behaviors even more. BonaDent from the outside looks like a great company but once you see behind the curtain the truth is worse than most can imagine. The boss will try to control and humiliate you until you submit, quit or get fired. With his personal success there has come fear. When people lead with fear they typically lead by trying to turn their employees into servants. T

Pros

Everyone is great to work with. There are always personality conflicts of course but that is life but even that is handled very well. CEO: While working there there was a transition from Bruce to Daniele but it wasn't noticeable. They are both great people and they have an open door policy. HR: HR seems to be very helpful. Lots of people say that HR is for the company but they really are there for you too. Teresa knows everything and is a blessing to that department. IT: Unlike other IT Departments where you are a burden if you call for some reason they show up and fix the problem even the manager comes to fix something then comes back later to see if everything was still good. Maintenance: Same thing with IT they are always there to help you. If a light breaks it is fixed right away and you don't have to wait long (Took 5 minutes to resolve an issue) If I didn't move I would still be working there

Cons

Nothing, I think the place is work. If you look at it as work and understand that you wont have any issues at all

Pros

Nice to work in Finger Lakes. Convenient area with lots of parks and businesses. Nice holiday celebrations with company.

Cons

Based on my personal outcome I would rate the site lowest possible having been termed unexpectedly coming from a stable job elsewhere in a lateral move. Communication can be inconsistent or misleading. Will need to be the squeaky wheel here if training is not keeping up with expectations. Expectations need to be put in writing. more group oriented where sometimes people are all talking at same time in a small room may be additional challenges when different communication styles. strong former MSP influence which may not be preferable if you are coming from in-house IT. checking email off hours or keeping work stuff on personal phone may lead to conflict in some ways. lots of folks like it, but it's a bit of a grey area.
