Pros
Bonami is quite picky regarding the temperament of people they hire. And it proved to be a good strategy! Most of the people inside are great listeners and in Dev and Design positions, you get a lot of freedom in the way you contribute. As long as it is seen as beneficial, of course.
Cons
The brand direction was rather unstable in past years but looks like it will stabilize soon. The compensation is, I believe, worse than in relevant companies, but the level of freedom and independence is worth it.
