1. Management needs to be clear with requirement..they often asked to change the flow..which hampered the delivery of product
2. senior employees/ management sometimes indulge petty politics
-The salary is a bit low and there is not much of an increment; sometimes it is 0%.
-There is micromanagement by the owners.
-Team leads are not supportive at all. They will ask you to do the work and then tell the owners that they did it themselves. The team leads try to ensure that nobody else gains appreciation.
-Appreciation? What's that? They will only demotivate you.
-The technology is obsolete, so you won't learn anything new. They are working with very old tech and do not attempt to upgrade themselves. There is no hierarchy in the system.
