Fraud company - Senior Designer Bonito Designs Employee Review

The management is least bothered the design and are just fooling the clients with their discount baith. The payment system is again a fraud. They never pay what they have promised and makes excuse of company's financial status and on the other hand keeps hiring and fool potential employees too. Very bad environment to work for, company treats the employees like slave and takes advantage of their condition. No support from the internal teams, everyone just plays the blame game. There is no breathing space for any of the employee because of the unrealistic process. The policies keeps changing and they always try to get away with it through loop holes. The authorities try to show that it's the best company to work for but when it comes to salary they can't pay and expect to be available 24x7 with no personal space. A designer always wants to do justice to their designs but for the management it's always about money which the employees never gets.
