Lots of trash politics, incompetent management and protection of each other that negatively impacts overall staff. It’s like a bad joke to see how the hospital blows through money and salaries of those who barely do anything or care about quality of care meanwhile those who bust their bottoms for patients and the organization are treated like dogs.
