Great and experienced leadership in the CEO and investors. Boon runs really lean, and it is so most of that money can go back into scaling and growing which makes for a very exciting environment! The product and team make me excited and passionate to work here!

Would like to see more emphasis placed on Business Development and investing in growth more aggressively.

Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Leadership lacked transparency, consistency, and follow-through with both employees and customers. Commitments were often unclear or changed, and there did not appear to be a strong dedication to supporting employees or delivering the level of service customers deserved. This was the most difficult employment experience I have had in my career. The lack of trust in leadership made it hard to feel confident in the company’s direction or long-term success.
