Pros
When I first started with this company I was so pleased to see the growth and the development, not just for the company, but for all the staff we were hiring. Salary was competitive and benefits were great. People wanted to work for this firm.
Cons
Economic situations started to change things. After a spurt growth, business started to go down. Family member came aboard and morale and business started to go downhill. There was still a growing business, but management put an end to that with micro managing the staff, without having knowledge of what was to be done. This was done by the family member brought into the business. No knowledge of accounting, HR, Administrative duties or how to run an office or work with employees. He was and is still today so detrimental to the business. He has hired and fired more staff in the last 5 months than most businesses do in several years. This is sad, because so many at one time had respect for the owner.
