      Pros

      Good work-life balance. Remote friendly. Supportive co-workers.

      Cons

      Lots of meetings that could’ve been communicated over an email. Never ending stream of tasks. Feels like if you complete one task, you are rewarded with more work. This position will probably never exist in the company again because it was terminated.

      Pros

      Bop Design has a great culture. The owners frequently take staff out for outings, offer in-office perks, and emphasize work-life balance. Bop Design has great people. The team is comprised of highly motivated, talented, fun, and passionate people. The work is a lot of fun. Expect to be challenged, push boundaries, and think creatively!
