Pay is decent for the property management field

Upper management is extremely lacking with communication and erratic with changes in policy and not providing it in writing to staff. micromanagement by the current director of apartment ops is at an all time high making for an extremely hostile work environment leading to negative employee morale. Also the director has no regard for the staff and their well being. As a result they’ve has seen high employee turnover due to this one individual.
