One of the biggest pros of my work experience at Bosley was the supportive and welcoming work environment. My manager was encouraging, approachable, and always willing to help and the staff was equally kind and team-oriented. Working as a front office assistant allowed me to gain valuable experience while feeling appreciated and supported, which made my time there both enjoyable and rewarding.

A con of my experience was that some of the systems and processes felt outdated, which made daily operations less efficient. There was also limited flexibility to improve or streamline workflows, making it harder to optimize productivity.
