Toxic work environment. Very high turnover rate. No real work life balance your time feels owned by the company. You’re made to feel guilty if you’re not working all day, even during your days off. Recognition is based on favoritism rather than merit. Employees can be let go at any time with no transparency or support. Salary is far below market value considering the workload and expectations. Almost no benefits besides basic medical insurance, no social insurance at all. No focus on your learning curve or becoming better at your craft all that matters is closing tasks.
