The people I work with at BDS are great and the working hours are wonderful. There is always room to move up in the company and always enough work to keep employees busy. Every day is a new and exciting day.

Because we are so busy some days can be stressful but there is always a reward.

I have never seen a company that is so employee driven! Everyone works hard, and is rewarded. The Pay is above average, early release on a lot of Fridays, Off site gatherings for the staff a few times a year and PROMOTIONS FROM WITHIN!! The biggest thing, is that there has been very little turnover with people leaving.

It is a very FAST paced environment, not everyone can cut it. Its one of those Sink or Swim type jobs that means always running!
