Pros
Fun place to work. Super family oriented and if you want to develop yourself they will give you the tools to do so. CEO is super available and approachable even stopping by on her way to/from the gym just to check in. College students living in Boston for the summer should definitely inquire about a GSR position around March/April.
Cons
Outside in New England so you have to deal with the weather. Pay could be better but it’s not a big money making business either especially since being forced by the city to add on a separate driver and tour guide. Hours aren’t really flexible, scheduled shifts are usually 4x10 per week rather than 5x8 which some may prefer, I liked the longer shifts but put it in the cons as you new hires get put last in choice of shifts which in the same token is fair just not super great out the gate.
