This company was originally run by Susan Hertzberg and was a fun exciting place to come to work. The original management team was made up of people with decades of industry experience and had a true strategy and vision for the company. A couple of years back the company was purchased by Eurofins which is a European company that buys labs and guts them piece by piece. Eurofins removed the original highly qualified management team and replaced them with the current crew that has virtually no experience and absolutely no strategy on how to fix the companies problems. Over the past couple of years there have been 3 rounds of layoffs, with more on the horizon. They just announced to us that they are doing away with merit increases and there will no longer be bonuses. There is no hope for promotions and the culture is far worse than any company that I have ever worked for. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this toxic company. Those of us left here are actively trying to get out.
