Lots of talented young professionals looking to build a career. Easy to learn systems and basic problem solving skills will provide quick mastery.
Cons
Turnover is incredibly high across management and associates. The ones who stay are the ones causing most or all of the issues. Some management could be sincerely described as highly incompetent. The other half of management is the exact opposite and highly skilled. It's a mishmash of broken failing systems, horrible technology, massive roadblocks, and incompetent management stopped the talented people from making real changes.
