      Trauma for patients in rural areas is very high. PTO rate and breaks for therapists dealing with this all day everyday is insufficient for burnout prevention and self care.

      Large degree of trauma work. Higher accrual rates of PTO (same as medical professionals) for therapists would be ideal.
