The company culture is supportive and understanding, with leadership that genuinely cares about staff. Taking time off is never an issue, and flexibility is encouraged, which is rare in this field. The team environment feels more like a family-owned business, even though the company is expanding quickly. Management shows appreciation for clinicians, and there’s a sense of stability and consistency in how things are run.
Cons
Like most entry-level therapy jobs, there are expectations to see a certain number of clients daily to maintain salary. While that can feel demanding to some, I personally appreciate the consistency it brings to scheduling and income.
