      Pros

      Even on the worst day, I wouldn't want to work anywhere else. It is a big enough system that if you don't fit in one area, there is room to move.

      Cons

      A lot of people are not prepared for an urban public library that is free to all. Anyone can come in the building, and they do. That can be very stressful and people who have no distress tolerance should not work here.

      Beautiful place to work if you’re in Copley I was able to move to various departments Job was easy

      Cons

      I would never take a book out from there. People experiencing homelessness are unfortunately unsanitary and they handle the books all day. There can be problematic patrons bc it is a big city library. You’ll see a lot of mental illness.
