Pros
BU is on the upswing! Rankings are going up, the school is investing in the campus and its people. Benefits are overall as good as I've seen them in other places. Tuition remission is a big plus. Good work-life balance.
Cons
Not the best retirement plan - have to wait 2 years until contributions are matched. Bit bureaucratic but not surprising since it is such a behemoth.
