Pros

Close to the luas, near the city centre

Cons

I found the experience horrible. Very poor middle management staff as well as upper management, could say middle management was worse as you had to see them every day and deal with them snapping at you. A very toxic work culture. Zero benefits to working there. No pension, no health insurance, etc. Since I have left, I have developed professionally much faster and experienced normal companies that are modern and respect their employees. It has been the best career decision I made to leave. It's like going back in time, it's not modern at all for a Design studio. Members of design management did not know how to use Photoshop. One time I travelled abroad for work & got back home at midnight. I was expected in at normal time the next day... there is no HR and the company use the accountant to deal with all HR issues, which of course is not best practice. Managers, middle and upper will shout at their employees, they are under a lot of pressure and probably do not want to be working there either. When I was working there, many of the workers were looking for a new job, and I understand that this sentiment has not changed many years later... There are much better workplaces out there, so keep looking and best of luck!!

Pros

It is close to the Luas

Cons

This company had one of the worst work environments I ever experienced. Upper management was completely unprofessional and shouted at team members in front of others, creating a culture of fear and humiliation. There was no proper HR department, so any concerns or complaints from employees were ignored or brushed aside. Employees were treated unequally, with obvious favouritism and no clear reasoning behind decisions regarding promotions, responsibilities, or opportunities. The physical workspace was just as bad. The kitchen was dirty, cramped, and completely inadequate for the number of employees using it. The rest of the office wasn’t much better—it was dusty, cluttered, and poorly maintained, making it an uncomfortable and unhealthy environment to work in. Disrespect was rampant, and leadership made no effort to foster a healthy or supportive work culture. Salaries were far below industry standards, with no benefits offered to make up for it. There was no work-life balance, and any attempt to advocate for yourself was seen as a threat. The overall environment was toxic, unfair, and unsustainable. If you’re considering working here, don’t. Unless major changes are made to management, pay structure, and workplace culture, this company will continue to drive good employees away.

Pros

Location, Luas, bus stops, Lidl and Centra nearby.

Cons

Senior management operates at an amateur level, contributing to a blame-oriented culture that is ultimately unsustainable. Stress-related leave is frequent. Additionally, the passing of two long-serving staff members was not acknowledged in any way, which came across as deeply disrespectful.
