      - Fast pace is not for anyone, and it's definitely not fluff work. Expect to work hard and be compensated well.

      Pros

      The company has friendly people, decent pay

      Cons

      Very immature leadership. They were hiring like crazy shortly before laying off over 35% of their employees. Nobody saw it coming except the exec team, who apparently didn't mind firing 35% of their employees if things go wrong, especially the new joiners. Transparency is definitely not one of their values. Join this company only while continuing to look elsewhere
