Botree has a genuinely collaborative work culture where the team looks out for each other. Management is accessible and approachable — you can raise concerns and actually be heard. The product domain is meaningful and technically interesting, which keeps you engaged day to day. Work-life balance is respected here; I've rarely felt pressured to work unreasonable hours, and flexible arrangements are supported. There is real scope to grow if you take initiative — cross-functional exposure across frontend, backend, and deployment gives you a rounded skill set quickly. Diversity of thought is welcomed and inclusion is something teams actively practice.

Cons

Like any growing company, processes can sometimes be a work in progress. Occasional ambiguity on priorities, but the team adapts well.
