They do provide overtime that nobody else offers. Manangement also doesn't give you too much of an attitude either unless you screwed up bad.
Cons
At the beginning of the season, be prepared to constantly drive the truck to the main base for a lot of repairs. It happened every year I worked there. You also have to worry about getting deathly sick as you may deliver to slobs and have to go back to COD stops that don't have the payment ready upon delivery. Oh and when the overtime dries up, which cannot wait to cut off, your paycheck, gross, is cut off to like $750 a week (40 hours). And that's when the construction equipment has to be done, which is an animal within itself.
