Pros
The lure of Unlimited (sorry, "Self Managed") vacation. Maybe the new office space will reinvigorate this tired crew... though highly doubtful.
Cons
Almost 10% laid off on 8/20/14, even after many valuable employees had already resigned with no new hires to fill their critical roles. Rumor has it that Bottle Rocket "blended" revenues from 3 different P&Ls in order to sell the company to WPP/Olgilvy and Mather late last year. Now their flawed sales pipeline can't afford to pay the piper that is WPP. Swapping resources like a "butts in seats" mentality, over what's right for the project, or even their product, AWE. No room for advancement, as those driving this rocket into the earth like looking down at the inferno from their (already bought out) command posts.
