Pros
Coworkers, Laid back work environment, Ethnically accurate cuisine, delicious and consistent. Fun place to work and make friends. Tons of regular customers from all over the world. Easy place to work efficiently on a relatively large menu in a very small kitchen with a small staff.
Cons
Inability to make many changes because of limited workspace and small staff and tightly controlled hours. Understaffed at all times. I believe increasing staff would increase consistency and allow for even better food and a huge increase in the overall dining experience.
