Boulevard is a great independent company to work for in an industry where non-corporate clinics are becoming more and more rare. The company is highly focused on career development for their team, and makes every attempt to promote from within, and even create roles for people who have shown promise in certain areas. The company really does try to take care of their employees.

VetMed is hard, and the market and clientele can be volatile at times. Compassion fatigue and burnout are common.
