Wish there was more flexibility for remote/hybrid schedule

I’ve been working at Bounce for the past six months, and I’m really happy I joined the company. The hiring process was challenging in a good way and felt very relevant to the actual role, which I really appreciated. Since joining, the work has been interesting and challenging, with a lot of room to take initiative, learn, and grow. One of the best things about Bounce is the people — everyone is supportive, professional, and great to work with. There’s also a lot of trust and freedom to think independently and contribute beyond your direct responsibilities. Another thing that was very important to me is transparency, and the company really stands out in that area. Communication is open and honest, and you feel involved and informed. Overall, it’s been a great experience so far, and I’m genuinely happy to be working here.
