Pros
Most people are friendly and supportive. Steady revenue stream from legacy products. Relaxed work environment. Good work life balance. There are a lot of negatives working at Bourns, but overall I actually enjoyed my time here.
Cons
Work environment is something out of the 1950s. Not a place for young, ambition people who want to achieve a lot in their careers. The company will struggle to retain young employees because it's just BORING. Career development is non-existent. Not a whole lot of innovation occurring. People come here to retire.
