I’m glad you enjoy working with your colleagues and feel you have a good work life balance at Bovill.
And I appreciate you sharing your view that you’ve not been happy with some of the decisions we’ve taken recently. We realise that we don’t get everything right – few organisations do. But we do care.
We feel everyone at Bovill contributes to the success and profit of the firm. And achieving an acceptable bottom line is essential to our continued growth and success. We are one firm and support to our overseas offices is an integral part of this.
Every six months we bring the global Bovill team together in London to share our plans and seek input, both on our long term strategy and our working culture. When we do this later this month, I will make sure there are opportunities to share concerns like these in an appropriate environment. I am keen that everyone at Bovill feels able to voice their concerns, and to suggest ways that we can collectively address them.
