Pros
The coworkers were nice to work with, the benefit package was reasonable. The company offers a 401k match. They have nice uniforms.
Cons
The seems to be a disconnect between upper-management that seem to want to micro-manage. Not well organized. Conflict resolution seems to be non-existent. Upper management would rather talk than listen; considers the slightest attack on them personally. Consequently rises to defense and detours productive conversations.
