Pros
Plenty of smart people and an environment that generally encourages learning. Good allowances for flexible working. Fairly interesting work.
Cons
Extremely cliquey culture. If you're on the outside, your opinion means nothing and you'll never get anywhere. Salaries are well below average, despite "competitive" claims. Complaints/concerns aren't taken seriously. People who consistently cause problems or make for an unpleasant working environment are allowed to continue acting as they like so long as they're seen to be performing well for the company. Pension scheme isn't great, and there are no bonuses at all, despite the company repeatedly having "record breaking years".
