      Pros

      Everyone is extremely smart and fun to work with. Management can crank out code right along with the grunt developers. Flex work hours and reasonable expectations/rules. See immediate and direct results from your work. High job satisfaction with hands on experience. Ability to gain real world experience very quickly.

      Cons

      Small company that isn't 100% stable. Some of the technology used is old or proprietary which doesn't help people stay marketable.

      smallish company so the variety of work responsibilities is wide. Managers are skilled and helpful.

      Cons

      working at Boxworks requires a lot of travel and the ability to work with little or no supervision

      Relaxed intimate atmosphere. Fun people to work with. Push for agile development (scrum process). Marketing campaign improving. Management realizes need and desire for increasing product offering and industry footprint Open to using more advanced technologies

      Lack of company cohesion; members of different teams not treated equally. Compensation well below regional average. Stability uncertain. Inconsistent use of scrum process.
