there is an unhealthy culture within the company that encourages gossiping and spreading of misinformation. working overtime and not having enough staff on shift is common. overworked for not a proper living wage. Overall the place is incredibly unorganized and I would only recommend this job as a part-time job; it only seems to be worth the trouble when you hold no responsibility.
