Pros
The products offered are exciting. The hours can be good if you work in the field. Opportunities to meet many new people in various healthcare positions. Training has improved over the year. Products have improved over the years.
Cons
Not much growth potential without moving to HQ or willingness to travel like crazy. Lots of turnover recently. Sales is portrayed as the stars of the company while the support system gets little to no apprecitation.
