Pros
Great office, all necessary tools to work productively, fantastic restaurant with great prices. You can barely feel the hierarchy, no pressure in most of the departments. Very friendly people all around.
Cons
Career growth almost not available unless you are in product management or sales - but that is also a Pro, you will have higher responsibilities from start and will not feel less important than a older-in-the-company colleague with the same job title.
