I'm very sorry that we did not meet your expectations. We appreciate every review, even negative, as this helps us to improve.
Let me explain your concerns:
1. There is indeed 1 person who manages contact with trainees. This allows us to serve you in a very personal manner. Urgent requests are given priority, but other queries are answered within maximum 24 hours.
2. We are a pretty fresh company, but I can't admit that our certificate is not worth the effort as most of the trainees are very optimistic about our training programs.
3. We have never had any complaints regarding the quality of the certificates, but this opinion is very subjective.
We always do our best to solve all the problems that our trainees encounter, and we never leave them behind. A quick email with a brief explanation of the problem usually resolves any dissatisfaction ;)
