Management give you more bull work then is possible within 9 yours, so you end up working for 15hrs or over. The trucks aren't loaded properly causing straps to snap. The trucks sometimes aren't loaded at all meaning you have to wait potentially hours before your leave the depot. Items constantly missing of the truck for customers. Some management expect you to work through your breaks. They don't provide notes on delivery points so you drive around looking for were to unload then they don't answer the phone then ask why your late getting to the customer.
