Bramasol has given me great career growth and ample opportunities to work on. Colleagues and management are co-operative and helpful which creates a great working environment. The company offers both horizontal and vertical growth opportunities which help align with their goals and flourish our career. They maintain transparency between management and employees. Company performance and upcoming opportunities are discussed with employees each quarter. There is absolutely no discrimination based on race, gender, age, or position. I was positively overwhelmed by the amount of help and support I was offered during pregnancy and while navigating new motherhood. I do value the healthy work-life balance that I get here, which ultimately leads to a more engaged and productive workforce.
