You’ll be able to learn a lot through the sales cycle, if you can work completely according to the boses without even making your own opinion then it’s a perfect designation and you can earn incentives as well.

The management is pretty unprofessional, whenever you’ll try to point out something, it’ll be pointed out back at you so that you don’t try to raise your voice again towards anything. Your opinion doesn’t matter here at all, getting your salary not at the proper time is like a very normal thing here, if I talk about the incentive part, at first they told us that they’ll be giving a complete 12% of every deal then they changed their policies again n again and we went to loss. They directly cut you salary if you do a minor mistake and they just state that it’s their policy and on one hand they say that they’ll support you in everything and making mistakes is a part of it but yeah probably you’ll be left with no salary at the end. If you still want to proceed with this company, all the very best. They can’t even fullfill the results for the clients, how can I expect they care for their own employees and this guy things he is - Mr knows everything and pretty arrogant which are not the proper traits when you have so many people under you.
