Awesome people, great tool. I feel like home while working here. There is no stress, no pressure. Everything is on a right place. Company cares about us, our health, wellbeing and work-life balance.

I don't see any cons, maybe there are not a lot of career opportunities because the company is not huge, but it's not a big deal
